Theta recruitment is one of the most positive and enjoyable experiences I have ever been a part of. Work week and Recruitment week are two weeks full of Theta love and fun that I look forward to every year. Having the opportunity to be the Recruitment chair has been quite the honor and privilege and such an awesome way to give back to my favorite organization. I am 100% positive that recruitment is an experience no girl should miss while in college. I encourage all to participate in fall recruitment and see what could be in store for you as you go through your college career.
