Dear Delta Omega Thetas:

Your planning committee has been hard at work organizing a fabulous, fun and memorable reunion weekend for the Aggie Thetas on February 2 – 4, 2007 in College Station. Here’s the scoop:

• Reserve a hotel room. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the College Station Hilton for Friday, February 2 through Sunday, February 4, 2007. Our group rate is $95 single/ double room (a great deal). Please call 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667) and ask for the group code “Theta” for the nights of February 2 and 3. Deadline to book a room is January 12, 2007…seems far away now, but it will creep up on you! Also, please provide your pledge class year when booking your room reservation.

• We need Pledge Class Coordinators for Fall of 1976, 1983 & 1989. If you can help, please send your contact information to Heather Mackay Tripodo at the below email address. Also, if you haven’t already, please confirm your address with your pledge class coordinator listed on the back. Let her know whether you plan to attend.

• We’re in the process of finalizing the cost of the reunion weekend and in our next mailing/email, we will have specific event sign-ups with corresponding financial details.

As we continue our planning, we will incur expenses related to our mailings (printing, postage), audio visual program, decorations, etc… If you are able, please send financial contributions to our seed money account. Any amount is appreciated and will be credited toward your reunion ticket price. You may send your much-needed check to our reunion financial coordinator, payable to:
